The SeaStar Solutions SS14112 "The Rack" Back Mount Rack and Pinion Steering System delivers precise, comfortable steering control for single-station power-assisted sterndrive and inboard/outboard boats up to 24 feet. This complete 12-foot steering kit includes everything needed for a professional installation or direct replacement of existing rack steering systems.

Complete Kit Includes:

• SH5210P back mount helm with 4.0 turns lock-to-lock
• SSC13412 12-foot rack and pinion steering cable
• 90-degree bezel kit (SB39526P)
• Mounting hardware and installation instructions

Applications: Designed for single-station use on virtually all power-assisted sterndrive boats. This system is recommended for outboards up to 75 HP with tilt tube and link arm configurations. For dual cable systems or non-power-assisted outboards, SeaStar recommends No Feedback (NFB) steering systems.

Note: Cable length is measured from the center of the rack (where gear is visible) to the end of the stainless shaft that connects to the link arm. Verify proper cable length before ordering.
