The SeaStar Solutions SS14118 is a complete back mount rack and pinion steering system designed for power-assisted sterndrive and inboard boats. This kit features precision 4-turn lock-to-lock steering with a cable and helm that install easily from behind the dashboard, eliminating the need for dashboard modifications.

  • Ideal for power-assisted sterndrive boats up to 24 feet in length
  • Compatible with outboards up to V-4 configuration
  • 4.0 turns lock-to-lock for precise, comfortable steering feel
  • Back mount design allows fast installation from behind the dash
  • Standard 3/4" round tapered steering shaft for wheels up to 16" diameter
  • Stainless steel cable output ends for corrosion resistance
  • 18-foot armored stranded cable core for durability and strength
  • Mounting hardware fits standard SeaStar Solutions and Teleflex rack holes

Everything went good, order shipped out the next day. The prices were good but the shipping cost was way to high $25 dollars for 2 head gaskets and some bolts oil pan bolts.

Best price, reasonable shipping, and they even gave me a discount AFTER I placed the order.
