Seastar Solutions SS15111 NFB Back Mount Rack & Pinion Steering Kit Single Cable 11 ft

The Seastar Solutions SS15111 combines Teleflex's patented No FeedBack (NFB) technology with the precision of a rack and pinion steering system, delivering enhanced comfort, control, and responsiveness for outboard-powered boats. This kit features a New Back Mount design for simplified installation — the helm and cable are installed as a single unit from behind the dash, making it a true drop-in replacement for the standard Teleflex/Seastar Solutions rack steering system with no dash modifications required.

The NFB Rack steering system is designed for single-station boats with a single non-power-assisted outboard engine up to a V-6, where engine flutter or steering instability is minimal. The system accepts steering wheels up to 16" in diameter and delivers a precise, confident feel with 4 turns lock-to-lock.

Key Features:

• Patented No FeedBack™ steering mechanism eliminates road/water feedback to the helm
• Precise rack and pinion feel — 4 turns lock-to-lock
• Minimal clutch free play for responsive steering
• Standard 3/4" round tapered steering shaft
• Stainless steel cable output ends for corrosion resistance
• Back Mount design — helm and cable install as a unit from behind the dash
• Drop-in replacement for Teleflex "The Rack" — no dash modifications required
