Product Details

SEM Products 38343 Vinyl Prep is a professional-grade surface preparation solution designed specifically for vinyl, leather, and flexible plastic substrates. This essential pre-treatment step ensures maximum topcoat adhesion by cleaning and conditioning the surface before painting or refinishing.

Key Features:

 • Temporarily softens substrate — penetrates and conditions vinyl and flexible plastics to open the surface for superior topcoat bonding
 • Promotes topcoat adhesion — creates an ideal bonding surface for SEM Color Coat and other flexible finishes, reducing the risk of peeling or flaking
 • Removes soil, wax, and grease — effectively cleans contaminants that would otherwise prevent proper adhesion and cause finish failure

SEM 38343 Vinyl Prep is an industry-trusted product used by professional auto body technicians and upholstery shops for interior restoration, color matching, and vinyl repair work. Applying Vinyl Prep before any paint or dye application is a critical step in achieving a durable, factory-quality finish on flexible surfaces.

I compare prices before I buy anything online. Autoplicity's price destroyed all the competitors. Keep up the low prices, and I will be back soon! Thanx...

Pretty easy

Best price I could find on the internet and easy to check out. Love the option of Google Checkout. Thanks!

Everything went smooth so far.

Price was much lower than any other parts dealer. Even with standard shipping, the parts arrived in a couple of days. Would use autoplicity again. Absolutely no problems.

Fantastic price, positive communication, arrived before promised worked out great!

Great experience with seller. Seller had the best prices that I could find on the Internet. Seller had prices that were over 50% less than a local dealer wanted. Fast shipping.
