The Sierra 18-0112 is a composite powerhead mounting gasket (also known as a powerhead base gasket or exhaust housing gasket) designed as a direct replacement for OMC outboard engines. It seals the critical junction between the powerhead and the exhaust housing, preventing combustion and exhaust gas leaks that can lead to power loss and engine damage.
Engineered by Sierra International to meet or exceed original OEM specifications, this gasket is manufactured from durable composite material for reliable, long-lasting performance in the demanding marine environment. It is a direct drop-in replacement for the original OMC part number 324717.

Easy process...but the picture of the item is nowhere near close. Shows an intake manifold instead of a cabin air filter.
