The Sierra 18-1830 Water Seal Damper is an aftermarket replacement component designed for Yamaha outboard engine water pump assemblies. This seal damper, also referred to as a Damper, Water Seal 2, seats within the water pump housing to cushion and seal the water tube interface, helping maintain proper coolant flow and reducing vibration at the pump connection point.
Sierra's 18-1830 directly replaces Yamaha OEM part number 663-44366-00-00 (superseded by 663-44366-01-00). It is a commonly specified component in Yamaha outboard water pump kits and is engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications.
Key Features:
Sierra International is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket marine parts trusted by boat technicians and enthusiasts worldwide. The 18-1830 is a standard service part for Yamaha outboard water pump maintenance and is compatible with a range of Yamaha two-stroke and four-stroke outboard models as specified in your engine's parts diagram.
