The Sierra 18-1996 is a cast iron marine exhaust manifold designed as a direct OEM replacement for Pleasurecraft Marine (PCM) Ford small block V8 engines. Featuring a center pyramidal (center rise) design first innovated by Pleasurecraft Marine, this manifold channels hot exhaust gases upward through a reversible riser and directs them to the exhaust outlets — a layout that has since become an industry standard in inboard marine applications.

Built from high-quality cast iron, each manifold is finished in a high-gloss black paint, pressure leak-tested before packaging, and fits either the port or starboard side of the engine without modification. The compact, free-breathing design accommodates installation at all standard angles and resists excessive back pressure buildup.

Recommended Accessories: Use with Sierra 18-0183 Exhaust Manifold Gasket, Sierra 18-8503 Mounting Kit, and Sierra 18-0677-1 Riser-to-Manifold Gasket. Bolts and riser gasket are not included.
