No complaints. ordered a BAK Industries Truck Bed Cover BakFlip G2 for my Honda Ridgeline on 1/11/12. Package was shipped on 1/13/12 and arrived 1/18/12, delivered undamaged. <br><br>Autoplicity was cheaper than Amazon by about $40 (after shipping), and I didn't need to compromise on service. So far, they did good getting my package to me...downfall it was opened from whoever was subcontracted to send it to me. however they promptly have provided me with a return slip and we will see where it goes from there. they were quick to help fix their problem as long as i had pictures of what was wrong. still cheaper than anywhere else.
