The Sierra 18-2111 is a large-diameter power trim hose designed as a direct OEM replacement for Mercury and Mariner outboard engines. This hydraulic hose connects the trim cylinder to the connector block and serves as the tilt hose in externally-mounted power trim systems.

This hose is designed for use on trim systems where the power trim pump is mounted externally to the transom bracket — typically inside the boat. It is not compatible with engines that have the power trim pump mounted between the engine clamp brackets. A complete installation requires four total hoses per engine — one up and one down hose per cylinder — meaning 2 of this hose are required per engine.

Best price on the part, do wish the picture was accurate, had to rely totally on the part number.

The resonator I ordered arrived at my house slightly bent, but I called Autoplicity and they sent a replacement by next-day-air, so I was happy about that. It's a little hard to reach people there when you need to get a problem resolved, but in the end it all worked out.
