The Sierra 18-2603E is a premium Xtreme lower shift cable kit designed for MerCruiser stern drives. This complete kit provides everything needed for a professional shift cable replacement on Alpha One and Alpha Gen II applications from 1978 and newer, and can also replace older cables on 120R through 260R models prior to 1978.

What's Included:

  • Xtreme shift cable assembly (Sierra 18-2190E) with heavy jacket, splined core, and HDPE liner for maximum smoothness
  • Shift cable bellows (Sierra 18-2753-1)
  • Outdrive gasket set (Sierra 18-2619-1)
  • Drive shaft housing to bell housing gasket (Sierra 18-2743)
  • Complete hardware package

  • Standard 63-inch conduit length for AFT installation into bell housing
  • Xtreme cable features slightly larger diameter than original for enhanced durability
  • Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications

Important: Installation requires Sierra 18-9806E Xtreme Shift Cable Tool (sold separately) to complete the installation properly.
