The Sierra 18-3345 is a replacement water pump wear plate designed to restore proper cooling system function in Yamaha outboard motors. This wear plate, also known as an impeller plate or pump plate, sits at the base of the water pump housing and provides the precision sealing surface against which the impeller vanes sweep to create water flow.
