The Sierra 18-3394 is a comprehensive water pump repair kit designed for OMC Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. This complete rebuild kit provides all the essential components needed to restore proper water pump function and cooling system performance.

Kit Contents:

  • Oil Seal (18-2705)
  • Grommet (18-2708)
  • Wear Plate Gasket (18-2709)
  • Impeller (18-3104)
  • Wear Plate (18-3126)
  • Stainless Steel Bolt (18-3133)
  • Impeller Key (18-3138)
  • Impeller Plate (18-3139)
  • O-Ring (18-7481)

Important: This kit does not include the water pump housing. Housing must be purchased separately if replacement is needed.

Replaces OEM Part Numbers: OMC 0433548, 0433549, 0438592, and Mallory 9-48209. This genuine Sierra replacement kit meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for reliable performance and long service life.
