The Sierra 18-4215 is an aftermarket replacement cover screw designed for use with Volvo Penta stern drives. Featuring a 1/4-20 (6.4mm) thread size, this screw secures the gear shift mechanism protecting cover on a wide range of Volvo Penta sterndrive models. It is a direct replacement for Volvo Penta OEM part number 941816 / 941816-1 and is also interchangeable with GLM part number 23230.

Processed and shipped fast. I was a little upset with them shipping my Eibach springs in the Eibach box, and not repackaging it. Everyone could see the box, and knew what was in it. But this will not stop me from ordering again.
