The Sierra 18-4319 Powerhead Gasket Set is a comprehensive, all-in-one gasket kit designed as a direct replacement for Mercury and Mariner outboard motors. This set replaces OEM Mercury/Mariner part number 27-11338A88 and is engineered to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications it replaces.

This powerhead gasket set is purpose-built for Mercury 2.4-liter carbureted outboard motors equipped with vertical reeds, covering model years 1983–1990. It provides everything needed to perform a complete powerhead rebuild or top-end engine overhaul in a single, convenient package.
