The Sierra 18-4392 is a comprehensive intake and heavy-duty engine gasket set engineered to meet OEM specifications for MerCruiser MCM and MIE stern drive engines equipped with GM V-8 305 and 350 CID powerplants (1986 and older). It directly replaces Mercury Marine OEM part number 27-75611A2 and delivers a complete sealing solution for overhaul or rebuild work.
