Product Details

The Sierra 18-5141 Marine Contact Set is a precision-engineered ignition replacement part designed for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. This contact set — also known as a contact breaker or points set — interrupts current flow in the primary winding of the ignition coil, inducing the high-voltage spark needed to ignite the fuel charge in the combustion chamber. It is an essential component in conventional (non-electronic) distributor-based ignition systems.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for OEM part number OMC 581207 / 0581207
  • Also interchangeable with GLM 70200
  • Meets or exceeds original equipment specifications
  • Sold as one contact set per package
  • Compatible with Sierra 18-5003 Ignition Tune-Up Kit
  • Built to perform reliably in harsh marine environments

OEM Cross-Reference Numbers:

  • Johnson/Evinrude (OMC): 581207, 0581207
  • GLM: 70200

Sierra International is a trusted supplier to OEM engine manufacturers and boat builders, and every Sierra part is backed by the brand's industry-leading customer satisfaction warranty. One contact set is included per package.

Very fast shipping, item as described. Will recommend.

Easy ordering. Great prices

I've looked for 2 days and could Not find a better price along with the shipping price and guarantee can't beat it thanks

This is a great e-retailer. Best price and fast shipping. I ordered a bike rack. Their price was the lowest I could find, and it was drop shipped from the manufacturer the following day, and arrived in time for me to use it on the weekend. The one criticism I would have is the item description could have been better. From my web research, I knew the model I wanted, but if I was just browsing bike racks on their website, I would have needed more information.

Great seller, great price and item was in stop. Shipped out products within 2 days with tracking number. Will buy again!

Found correct item easily and checkout was fast. Once I received the item, it fit perfectly and works as expected.

Best prices

Nice Fast look for PayPal at bottom of cart page!

I thought there was a 5% off by signing up at the beginning. It went away and I didn't get it. I may be wrong.

a lot of their parts are the lowest price you can find. they will always be on my list of autopart dealers for every build

Great pricing! Can't beat that. And also speedy shipping! What more can you ask from an online retailer??<br>
