Sierra 18-5375 Marine Distributor Cap

The Sierra 18-5375 marine distributor cap is an injection-molded, glass-filled polyester component engineered to deliver reliable ignition performance in harsh marine environments. Designed with high dielectric strength that maintains integrity even under elevated temperatures, this distributor cap ensures consistent spark distribution for optimal engine performance.

Key Features:

• Injection-molded glass-filled polyester construction provides superior durability and heat resistance
• Brass inserts prevent the formation of aluminum oxide for long-lasting electrical connections
• High dielectric strength maintains insulation properties under extreme temperature conditions
• Precision molding with close tolerances ensures perfect roundness and proper fit
• High-luster finish resists moisture and corrosion in marine applications
• Backed by SeaStar Solutions quality assurance

This distributor cap is an essential component for any marine engine tune-up. The use of brass inserts instead of aluminum terminals eliminates oxidation issues that can cause misfires and poor engine performance. The glass-filled polyester material retains its insulating properties even when exposed to engine heat and moisture, making it ideal for the demanding marine environment.
