Product Details

The Sierra 18-7695 Fuel Injector Seal Kit is a precision-engineered marine replacement seal kit designed for MerCruiser GM Multi-Port Injection (MPI) engines. This kit provides the seals needed to properly reseal fuel injectors, helping to prevent fuel leaks and maintain correct fuel delivery in your marine engine.

Sierra International manufactures this kit to meet or exceed OEM specifications, making it a reliable aftermarket alternative to Mercury OEM part numbers 25-892609 and 885176. Each kit contains two seals for one injector and is compatible with Mercury Injector #885176.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for OEM part numbers: 25-892609, 885176
  • Cross-references: Sierra 18-7688, Walker 9-33101
  • Contains 2 seals per kit (sufficient for one injector)
  • Designed specifically for marine MPI fuel injection systems
  • Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM fit, form, and function
  • Compatible with MerCruiser ECM 555-equipped engines (2002 and newer)

This seal kit is the correct choice for MerCruiser 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, and 6.2L MPI sterndrive and inboard engines equipped with the ECM 555 engine management system. Replacing worn or damaged injector seals helps restore proper fuel system integrity and prevents potential hard-start, rough-idle, or fuel odor issues.
