Product Details

The Sierra 18-8071 is a male fuel tank connector designed as a direct replacement for Chrysler, Force, and Suzuki outboard motors. This tank-side fitting features 1/4" NPT threads and a .432" O.D., providing a secure, leak-free connection between the portable fuel tank and the engine fuel line.

Manufactured by Sierra International (a SeaStar Solutions brand), this connector is engineered to meet OEM specifications and replaces Suzuki OEM part number 99105-00192. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the Sierra 18-8062 hose/female fuel connector for a complete fuel line connection.

Key Features:

  • Connector Type: Male, tank-side fitting
  • Thread Size: 1/4" NPT
  • Outer Diameter: .432"
  • Direct OEM replacement for Chrysler/Force and Suzuki outboard engines
  • Replaces Suzuki OEM part number 99105-00192
  • Designed for use with Sierra 18-8062 female fuel connector
  • Built to Sierra's marine-grade quality standards for reliable fuel system performance

This fuel tank connector is the correct tank-side component for completing or restoring a portable fuel line assembly on compatible Chrysler, Force, and Suzuki outboard motors. Always ensure compatibility with your specific engine model by verifying the OEM part number before installation.
