Great company to deal with. I placed an order with them (albeit an incorrect shipping address) and before you know it I'm expecting delivery in a very short amount of time. I also did have to call and attempt to correct my address error when the customer service rep let me know that all is well and set to be delivered to the correct address. I appreciate the fact that the gentleman on the other end of the phone was reassuring, courteous, and professional. I was searching around for a K&N cold air intake for my Tahoe. After searching Autoplicity had the lowest price hands down. I ordered on a Wed. evening, and it was on my door step Friday afternoon with standard shipping. I couldn't of asked for better service. The price was $100 cheaper than everyone else. I will be using Autoplicity again.
