Product Details

The Sierra 18-99060 is a replacement cylinder head gasket designed for Yamaha 40 and 50 HP three-cylinder outboard engines. This aftermarket gasket directly replaces Yamaha OEM part numbers 63D-11181-A0-00, 63D-11181-A1-00, and 63D-11181-A2-00, providing a reliable, cost-effective solution for engine rebuilds and head gasket replacements.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement — meets or exceeds original equipment specifications
  • Designed for Yamaha 3-cylinder outboard engines with 2.638" bore
  • Replaces Yamaha OEM part numbers: 63D-11181-A0-00, 63D-11181-A1-00, 63D-11181-A2-00
  • Also cross-references with Kimpex part number 118-99060
  • Compatible with standard and jet drive variants of the 40 and 50 HP models
  • Manufactured by Sierra International, a trusted marine aftermarket brand

This cylinder head gasket seals the interface between the cylinder head and engine block, maintaining proper compression and preventing coolant or combustion gases from leaking. It is a critical component during any top-end engine rebuild or head gasket service on the applicable Yamaha outboard motors.
