The Springfield Marine 1640401 Spring-Lock Non-Locking Offset Post is designed to provide additional positioning flexibility for your pedestal seating system. This 13-inch post features a robust 1-3/4 inch diameter construction and delivers a full 5-inch offset extension, allowing you to move your seat away from the pedestal base for improved comfort and accessibility.
Key Features:
This offset post is ideal for boat operators who need to reposition their helm seat for better visibility, control access, or simply more comfortable operation. The Spring-Lock mechanism allows for fast height adjustments without tools, while the offset design provides clearance around consoles and other cockpit equipment.

I'm not going to comment on a part until I've got it installed and road tested. Delivery is too soon for this survey. You should wait a week before sending.
