You can tell customer service is important to this company. Not only were the prices lower than other places but they communicate the status of the order and shipping very well. Great experience! I placed my order on Sunday and my programmer arrived on Thursday - with ground shipping. I unpacked the programmer and it functioned exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely consider purchasing from Autoplicity again!
