Tie Down Engineering 25491 Male Outside Corner Dock Connector 10-Inch Galvanized Steel

The Tie Down Engineering 25491 is a commercial-grade galvanized steel male outside corner bracket designed for building and connecting modular floating dock systems. This L-shaped bracket pairs with a compatible female outside corner to create seamless end-to-end dock connections with a clean, flush joint surface.

Key Features:

• Commercial-grade construction: Built from 1/4" thick galvanized steel for superior strength and long-term durability
• Corrosion-resistant finish: Hot-dip galvanization protects against rust and corrosion in freshwater and saltwater marine environments
• 10" x 5" leg dimensions: Each leg of the L-bracket measures 10" long x 5" high, providing substantial support and stability
• 1/2" welded tab: Integrated welded tab ensures a secure and rigid connection point
• Compatible hardware: Joint secured using a 3/4" bolt set or connector pin (sold separately)
• Male/female system: Designed to mate with the corresponding female outside corner bracket for a complete outside corner dock-to-dock connection

Ideal for residential waterfront docks, boatyards, and smaller marina applications, the 25491 integrates into Tie Down Engineering's full modular dock hardware system. All dock-to-dock connections are made with either 3/4" bolts with lock nuts or 3/4" connecting pins. Hardware is mounted using 3/8" carriage bolts and is compatible with 1-1/2" thick lumber (minimum 6" wide, sold separately).
