The Tie Down Engineering 86117 is a 4-foot galvanized roller bunk kit designed to replace traditional bunk boards on boat trailers. Sold as a pair, these roller bunks deliver reliable, non-marking hull support during trailering and storage, making loading and launching smoother and easier.

Key Features:

• Heavy-duty galvanized steel frame provides full hull support and long-lasting corrosion resistance
• Non-marking black rubber rollers protect your hull's gel coat and finish during loading and transport
• Vertical adjustability allows the bunk height to be fine-tuned to match your boat's hull profile
• Sold as a pair with a combined load capacity of 1,200 lbs.
• Compatible with optional bolster support swivel brackets for enhanced fit across various hull shapes and sizes
• Mounting hardware not included — 8" Bolster Swivel Brackets (part #81210) are required for installation and sold separately
