Product Details

The Tie Down Engineering 86142 is a complete 4-inch bow roller assembly designed for boat trailers. Built with Tie Down's exclusive Hull Sav'r poly-vinyl (PVC) material, this amber-colored roller delivers long-lasting performance in both saltwater and freshwater environments without marking or marring your boat's hull.

Key Features:

  • 4-inch roller with 1/2-inch shaft diameter and 7-1/4-inch overall length
  • Amber poly-vinyl (PVC) construction — cut-resistant, fade-resistant, and shock-absorbing
  • Will not mark, mar, or scratch your boat's hull or gelcoat
  • Acts as a cushioned bow stop to reduce impact during loading and unloading
  • Helps center and align the boat properly on the trailer
  • All-inclusive kit — includes roller, end bells, end caps, nuts, and two washers
  • Compatible with 4-inch bow roller brackets (fits brackets 72348 and 72349)
  • Engineered to support boat weight and absorb road shock during trailer transport
  • Performs reliably in both saltwater and freshwater conditions
  • Made in the U.S.A. and backed by a lifetime guarantee

The 86142 is the ideal replacement for worn, warped, or damaged bow rollers. Its enhanced PVC formula is engineered to outperform traditional polyurethane rollers, providing superior protection for your boat's bow and hull throughout every tow.

The turbo (s475sx-e) has been my best purchase this year. The order was placed at the end of the workday and Thmotorsports shipped it the very next morning, also the box arrived in magnificent condition, the turbo was picture perfect without a blemish. Thmotorsports was the most affordable out of all ten sites that were considered, with top notch shipping. I have to say Thmotorsports was the best choice for my genuine part.
