Tie Down Engineering 86159 8" Amber PVC Keel Roller 5/8" Shaft Boat Trailer

The Tie Down Engineering 86159 is an 8-inch amber PVC keel roller designed to center and guide the keel of your boat onto the trailer during loading and unloading. Part of Tie Down's Hull Sav'r PVC product line, this roller features an enhanced polyvinyl formula that outperforms traditional polyurethane products in durability and protection.

The roller mounts to your trailer's cross members or roller brackets via a standard 5/8" shaft hole, making it a direct-fit replacement for worn or distorted keel rollers. Using multiple rollers along the trailer frame helps distribute the boat's load evenly, reducing stress on the hull and preventing contact with metal cross members or axles.

Key Features:

• 8" length with 5/8" center shaft hole for standard trailer hardware
• Amber-colored polyvinyl (PVC) construction — long-lasting and highly durable
• Shock-absorbing material cushions the hull during loading and retrieval
• Cut-resistant PVC resists damage from keel edges and debris
• Non-marking surface will not scratch, scuff, or mar your boat's finish
• Resistant to salt corrosion — suitable for both freshwater and saltwater use
• Replacement part compatible with Tie Down trailer bracket assembly 34-86159

The Tie Down Engineering 86159 keel roller is an essential maintenance item for any boat trailer, providing smooth, reliable hull support on every launch and retrieval.
