Tie Down Engineering 86486 12-Inch Center-Guided Rubber Keel Roller 5/8" Shaft

The Tie Down Engineering 86486 is a 12-inch center-guided rubber keel roller designed for boat trailers. Built from traditional black rubber with a plastic sleeve, this roller is engineered to keep your boat's keel properly aligned during loading, unloading, and transport.

Key Features:

• 12-inch roller length with a 5/8-inch shaft bore for easy installation on standard trailer brackets
• Center-guided design with a deep groove that naturally guides the keel into proper alignment, preventing side-to-side shifting
• Black rubber construction with plastic inner sleeve — non-marking and safe for fiberglass, aluminum, and painted hull surfaces
• Built to resist abrasion and salt corrosion, suitable for both freshwater and saltwater environments
• Delivers quiet, low-friction rolling for easier and safer boat launching and retrieval
• Serves as a direct replacement for worn or warped keel rollers on most standard boat trailers

Using multiple keel rollers positioned along the trailer's cross members helps distribute hull load more evenly, minimizing contact with frame components and reducing the risk of hull damage. The Tie Down Engineering 86486 is a reliable, heavy-duty replacement part that restores proper trailer functionality and protects your investment on every launch.
