Had to call technical service for a question. Hold time was very long but once connected the technician was friendly and helpful.

Fast shipping, Great prices. After ordering,they sent out an email stating some items ordered may ship from the manufacturer. So, I was thinking item may take a few weeks to get. The next day I recieved email with tracking numbers saying item has shipped. So I was think ups ground 5 days maybe. I check on tracking numbers and items was out on truck for deliver. Nice! Ordered on Weekend got item on Tuesday.

** Update 4/18/2012<br>Everything arrived in several different shipments. I did experience a problem with some FelPro Headbolts that I had ordered. I ordered two and only received one, but after a short phone call with Paul from shipping, the problem was fixed and my second set of bolts were shipped.<br><br>They had the cheapest price that I could find on several products. I did not like the order confirmations on there website as I had to copy and paste to search for my tracking number. I am supposed to receive my order today and I am scared because the two weights do not match up. Autoplicity says 37.7 pounds and fedex says 3.8 pounds. Maybe there is more than one tracking number and I just do not know.
