The West Systems 610 Six10 Thickened Epoxy Adhesive combines the strength and reliability of a two-part WEST SYSTEM® Epoxy with point-and-shoot convenience in a self-metering coaxial cartridge. This gap-filling structural epoxy is designed for quick, accurate dispensing without the need for measuring, mixing containers, or applicators.

Key Features:

  • Self-metering coaxial cartridge automatically dispenses epoxy in the correct 5:1 resin-to-hardener ratio
  • Thickened, non-sag formula ideal for bonding and filleting in vertical and overhead applications
  • Bonds to wood, fiberglass, metals, and concrete with exceptional structural strength
  • Gap-filling capability bridges uneven surfaces and large voids
  • Includes static mixing tip for thorough blending during application
  • Each 190ml cartridge yields approximately 164ml of mixed epoxy
  • Working time of 42-55 minutes at 72°F allows for positioning and cleanup
  • Compatible with standard caulking guns for easy dispensing

Six10 is perfect for marine repairs, boat building, composite fabrication, furniture assembly, and general structural bonding where the convenience of a cartridge system is desired. The thickened consistency stays in place without sagging, making it ideal for filleting, bonding bulkheads, and laminating applications.
