Product Details

The Wise Seating 8WD015710 is a complete marine pilot chair and pedestal package designed for helm seating on powerboats, offshore vessels, and center console boats. This package includes the roto-molded pilot chair with snap-on cushions and a 15" fixed-height polished anodized aluminum pedestal with fore/aft seat slide — everything needed for a secure, comfortable helm station.

Chair Features:

  • Roto-molded high-impact shell — durable marine-grade plastic construction built to withstand harsh on-water environments
  • Snap-on seat and back cushions — compression foam padding with mesh underlay to expel moisture; easy to remove for storage
  • Heavy-duty 28 oz. marine-grade vinyl — UV treated and mildew resistant for long-lasting appearance
  • Shell dimensions: 18.25" H x 20.5" W x 22.5" D
  • Generic emblem finish

Pedestal Features:

  • 15" fixed-height pedestal — thick-walled 2-7/8" polished anodized aluminum post for corrosion resistance
  • Fore and aft seat slide — provides 5" of fore/aft travel for adjustable positioning
  • 360° swivel with positive locking knob
  • 9" diameter cast aluminum base plate with recessed knurled mounting holes
  • ABYC Class AD certified — rated for the driver/operator position
  • Standard 5-1/4" hole pattern for universal compatibility

Warranty:

  • 6-year warranty on frame
  • 3-year warranty on upholstery

The Wise 8WD015710 pilot chair package is an ideal drop-in replacement or upgrade for helm seating, combining durability, comfort, and ABYC-compliant construction in a complete, ready-to-install package.

Easy with PayPal 1 touch.

I recently found THMotorsports while searching online for Gates brand radiator hoses and heater hoses for my 2008 Corvette. Excellent prices. Less expensive than NAPA (which sells the exact same Gates hoses). I like that live in-stock inventory counts are shown on the web-site. If the Free Shipping is as fast as stated ("usually delivered within 2 days"), then I will definitely consider THMotorsports for future automotive parts purchases.
