Whale Quick Connect fittings offer many benefits, all ensuring a high integrity plumbing system. The pipework's flexibility enables tight bends to be formed, hence reducing both the number of fittings and time required at installation. Whale Quick Connectsemi-rigid pipework offers the integrity of metal, but the usability of plastic, and is fully tested and recommended for use with the complete range of Whale fittings.

  • The innovative ‘cage collet' eliminates leaks where fittings are installed close to tight bends

  • Collet has internal support ring ensuring o ring seal is held in position and does not distort or leak under pressure

Best price for the particular part I was ordering. Their staff/customer service is very helpful and polite, but unfortunately their shipping times are lacking. Before ordering on Monday, I called to verify the item was in stock, and asked what shipping method I would need to ensure it would arrive before Saturday. I was told 2nd Day Air. I ordered that same day (around 1pm). The package wasn't shipped until Wednesday evening, AFTER I called and inquired a to why it hasn't moved. What really upset me though was that the package ended up being shipped UPS Ground anyways, to arrive here the very next day. Long story short, I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $20+.

Good communication, very slow shipping. Placed my order on 3/8/12 it didn't even ship until 3/20/12. Then another 4 to 5 days after that for it to arrive.
