I found Autoplicity on a well known online vendor and the experiance was excellent so now I just go straight to autoplicity.com directly my last order (17805) was for some parts for my very modifide Jeep and two things stood out, the price and shipping, both were top shelf and above my expectations. Now when I need parts I check autoplicity.com first. They are my #1 now.<br>

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me. I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site. To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted. I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!! I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
