I ordered a new clutch on June 12, and the item shipped the same day. Had the item on time as expected. They also beat all other retailers prices by a significant amount. Their shipping costs were also reasonable. The only issue I experienced is that it is virtually impossible to get order status from their Website if you do not have an account. Anytime I used the link provided in the order confirmation E-Mail would always return an error.

You have it in stock not like most sites that advertise only to tell you it's not available but had wrong length on the cross bar

Autoplicity had the lowest price on the item I needed, shipping price was not out of line and item was shipped in the time frame promised. Who could ask for more.

Autoplicity had the best price on the item I wanted. Order process was a little odd. I didn't get any confirmation of my order being placed. So 2 days later I sent an email asking if they had received it. They answered me very quickly, sent me an order confirmation with tracking number, and it turns out my item had already shipped so I had it the next day. So ordered 5/1 and had it in my hand 5/4.
