Didn’t receive the thermostat I needed Only a wire/ cable part of the kit. Tried to get it sent back for refund but I was ignored. Bad customer service. Will not order from this place again.

I wanted to purchase a thermostat like pictured on Autoplicity website but received sensor cable and a cap instead. Bait and switch! Reason for return is false advertising and paying for a service I did not receive. I paid $15 for two days delivery and package arrived in three days, label indicating ground service, NOT the 2 day service paid for and promised. Does customer service and honesty matter to you and Autoplicity? If I do not get a response from Autoplicity in the next few days, I am registering a customer complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Does customer service and integrity matter to you and Autoplicity?
