Website is pretty easy to use. Good product selection.
By far the best price for a lot of items. My Bilstens were at least 10% cheaper at Autoplicity than any other websites (rockauto, amazon, partsgeek, 4wheel, etc, etc).
Shipping is reasonable.

Crazy fast shipping. By far the best price of anywhere. The thule bike rack we ordered was in stock, lowest price, easy checkout process, and the company really appears to run an organized, professional business. Very happy with the level of service. We will definitely make sure to use autoplicity in the future.

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.
