I've thought about this...Better communication would be a plus. However, the shipping is quick and I did get an email telling me my product was shipped. I purchased window visors for my '07 Silverado. I will do business with Autoplicity again.

Quick and easy. Website was easy to navigate via cell phone and checkout was fast and painless. Took over a day to get a shipping notification though. Would have been nice to had it for the weekend

Great website with very quick response time and fast shipping. Product arrived as described, however packing fell short of my expectations as manufacturer's box was taped up and components were jarred around during transit causing some pieces to be scratched. Overall, would certainly do business with the company again due to flawless customer service.
