I'm a new customer to Autoplicity and I just bought a Thule Bicycle Rack for a great price!! Autoplicity had a great price that didn't even compare to other websites prices. The shipping is super fast and it was in great packaging and shape when I received the bike rack. Thanks and I will definitely shop at Autoplicity again! Highly recommend!!

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.

Autoplicity was very helpfull in finding the right part for my vehical. I got my order in 2 days and all was in good shape. They had the best price by several dollars on my part. I will be doing business with them in the future.
