For a first time buyer the experience was great and easy to do. I see now after I ordered mt part that you want me to agree to you sending me another e-mail to make sure I'm satisfied with my order. One of the other benefits I am told it I will receive a confirmation of the order but I would have thought that out of customer service a confirmation of my order would be done anyhow.

Good so far. No complaints about the service. The service was easy and fast, unfortunately the order was not what I was looking for. My only complaint was that the description on the web site was completely lacking and only the model and a picture were available. This lead me to ordering the wrong thing and ultimately having to send the items back and start my search over again.

Easy check out. the new system is a lot better than the old one. Ability to reorder items is a good feature too. We do several thousands of dollars here a here and love to see the upgrades going through.
