Fast and hassle free! The one down side was the Hurst Shifter came without the shifter ball even though the picture showed it with the ball.

Great company to do business with! Ordered a Thule 916XTR bike rack for my car and their prices blew away everyone else on the 'net! The product came at the very last minute. So we had to do something different plus the "return" directions on the website were not clear, i.e. the return process is not easily executed.
