Finding the part, and ordering it was great.
But UPS dropped the otherwise phenomenal ball...
Ordered the item on Wednesday... got it the next MONDAY. I ordered it Second Day Air. Then I find out, "Oh, it's Second BUSINESS Day Air... we don't work on weekends."
Well, it was a critical auto part, that's why I ordered it Second Day Air... but they were unconcerned.
If I were to order from here again it would only be if I could choose some other option of delivery, like USPS... they actually DO deliver on the weekends.

Had the lowest price around for a Thule 9025 bike rack. Shipping was also fast and inexpensive. I will be sure to use them again for future purchases. Order #9806 4/15/12
