I called to find out about how long till my part would arrive, they told me they don't know because they don't even know where the parts are coming from. I thought was strange, but cheap prices nun the less.

I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity
