Great tool. Not easy to find. I wore one out in 12 years.
The shopping experience was good, esp with the Amazon connection.
If you work on trucks, you will find this tool is great for cutting those big thick tywraps in addition yo the heat shrink hose clamps it was designed for

So far it was pretty painless, let's see how quickly the parts arrive. A guesstimate of when to expect parts would've been nice.
The only thing that wasn't amazing about the overall experience was that the tracking number provided did not work properly, and items did not say 'shipped' on your website until the day I received them on my end.
