These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Kind of confusing check out. Also, either I ordered the same thing three times or the 'Use your Amazon account' doesn't work.
Note after receipt - No complaints about time to delivery or product when received. I was a bit chagrined to see that my three little V belts came in to large boxes. Shipping materials and costs could have been significantly less if the belts were simply folded in half (the ARE rubber V belts) and put into one smaller box.
