Wish there were an actual photo of the item instead of "representative photo" which didn't at all resemble the item. That said, the price and shipping are reasonable. We'll see if it is shipped in a timely manner and if the product is as expected.
Added: Item was as expected, no better than the original, no worse. Shipping was very timely. Good job!

So far it was pretty painless, let's see how quickly the parts arrive. A guesstimate of when to expect parts would've been nice.
The only thing that wasn't amazing about the overall experience was that the tracking number provided did not work properly, and items did not say 'shipped' on your website until the day I received them on my end.

Website is pretty easy to use. Good product selection.
By far the best price for a lot of items. My Bilstens were at least 10% cheaper at Autoplicity than any other websites (rockauto, amazon, partsgeek, 4wheel, etc, etc).
Shipping is reasonable.
