Spent 1.5 hours on the telephone trying to talk to the sales desk. Your phone system kept disconnecting me. Additionally, in your parts descriptions, you lack crucial information as to where parts placement position (for example, Right or Left side of car).
If you weren't the cheapest place to order these, I would not have dealt with the horrendous service!

Ordered one item. Was billed for two and two shipped even though I contacted them three days before items shipped but they refused ("unable")to correct the problem.

Phone service was quick and personable wanting to solve my problem immediately. The weight of my package was wrong causing shipping to be $300 to ship a gas can but was fixed right away. Prices were great! I would purchase through them again!
