It’s only 2” not 2.5”
Listed as 2.5” wide but it’s only 2”. It was received while I was in the hospital, a friend opened it to install and realized it was the wrong size. I contacted them about a return and said I was in the hospital, and was told as soon as I get out message them to start a return. I’ve tried messaging them for a return and they will not reply to me now. Horrible customer service and mislabeling the products they sell. Do not buy from them.
