Easy to find part I needed. Although when I input the info on my car and part I needed, I received a part that was bigger in size. so it didn't fit

Never received confirmation of product being shipped and was unable to get information from the web site. Had to call customer service (slow) where I finally got a tracking number. Other than that, good experience.
