Right product, great price, easy check-out. Waiting for my parts - will update this review upon receipt. Update: the right parts arrived on time in good condition. I will be telling my friends about you guys. Thanks.

great price, wayyyy lower than any other companies, even beat the ebay brands prices for name brand parts. this is my 4th or 5th visit, I've lost count.

I have had a good experience, except the price changed by $6 in just one day with no change in inventory. The product arrived quickly, however when I received it the first thing I noticed is that the two buttons for the driver and passenger windows were locked in the down position. There is a tiny u shaped arm
underneath each button with a small (male)part that protudes from each end which should have been fitted into the (female) part attached to the base. This allows the window switch to be moved back and forth. I had to take apart the unit and make these repairs before I could use it so I assumed this was a quality control issue. Since I assumed there may be others who didn't know to do this I contacted the company and just let them know they may want to check into it. The customer service rep I received on the phone made the conversation seem a little awkward because there was a bad connection on her end and she was very difficult to understand, she made no attempts to fix this and sounded very disinterested in the feedback I was calling to give. All in all I got the part way cheaper than I would have anywhere else so I would most likely shop here again.
