Ordered a couple of items. The first was a air intake kit. I had put in all my info for my truck and chose one from the list to order. Won't fit. Called to tell them and they asked if I had called manufacturer...ummm no. Said I needed to contact them to verify wrong part. They were closed, so went to website. The part they sent me was a universal fit- for cars, not trucks, but did find right model- $90 more. Called back autoplicity and was told I need to go through email to get an RA# to return wrong part- site says I can call. Been on hold for over 20 mins and still waiting. Hope the Nerf bars I ordered fit! Update- they called me back, got my RA#. Very pleased with how Nick handled things- it was what I expected the first time. He verified the NERF bars will fit and will be changing the website so the universal intake does not show on list for vehicles with larger air outlets. Changing my rating to show my satisfaction with how it was eventually handled.

My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping.  After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website.  This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion.  I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service
